Weddings: Day of The Event Coordinator

Pre- Wedding

Pre- Wedding

  • Up to eight hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry about the details
  • Directing the ceremony processional
  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors


Partial Wedding Planning

Pre- Wedding

  • Creating a wedding planning checklist
  • Three pre-wedding virtual or in-person* consultations
  • Venue site walk-through
  • Curating bespoke vendor recommendations based on your vision

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

In-person consultations at any venue of the client’s choosing are only available in one of our operating states (ME, NH, MA, CT, NY, RI, VT) and cost an additional $300 and are to be paid in full before the appointment date.
